A FUTURE OLYMPIAN?
On a beautiful, bright, cool morning young RWM superstar Alex travelled to Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath to represent us, Westbourne and the London Borough of Sutton at the London Youth Games in the Cross Country event. Over the last few weeks, Alex has trained immensely hard, giving up playing with his friends at lunchtimes in order to train, fully dedicating himself to a sport he loves so much.
Alex finished 3rd overall and was awarded the bronze medal, officially the 3rd fastest boy in London, wow! A simply outstanding performance from Alex, I know your parents, our club, Westbourne, absolutely everybody is extremely proud of you. A HUGE well done to you young man, you are an inspiration to so many people including me, keep enjoying your sport and doing what you’re doing!
